kitchen features designer cabinetry and granite countertops and 
peninsula. Full cooking untensils included. Bathroom includes granite 
countertop and designer tile with glass mosaic inlays in shower/tub 
surround. Only one bedroom unit in building with split air 
conditioning. Ceiling fans in Living Room and Bedroom.  High-speed  
internet, telephone, cable TV with DVD & video in Living Room and 
Bedroom included.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

24 hour guard secured building with assigned covered parking.  
Large salt water swimming pool and indoor saunas and furo hot tub. 
On site laundromat.  
Exercise room and game room with pool table, table tennis and fuseball. 
Convenience store in the building.  

Activities and Attractions

All the exciting activities aviable in Waikiki are close by.  These 
include swimming, beaches, surfing, boating, zoo, aquarium, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate varies with season from $2,300 to $3,000 per month.  
One month minimum rental. 
$300 refundable deposit plus $100 final cleaning fee.  
No smoking; no pets.
