on a canal near the Old Wooden Bridge. It has 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, a den and mud room. It is a clean ground level home
with a bright and cheerful decor.
It is a short boat ride through the canal to the bay with access to
both the Atlantic and Gulf waters.
Big Pine Key is located 15 miles south of Marathon and 25 miles
north of Key West. It is untouched by malls and fast food chains,
but does have a small shopping area with a Winn Dixie and a few local
shops. There is a major pharmacy, gas stations, hardware stores as
well as many local small businesses and resturaunts.

It is a charming, laid back Key with it's Key Deer that roam all over the
island and even right into our yard!

Every Sat./Sun. there is a large flea market with fresh produce along with all the rest of the things you would find at a flea market.  (Not as many vendors April - Oct.)

Just a short drive towards Marathon (about 6 miles from the house) there is the  beautiful Beautiful Bahia Honda State park.

Just north in Marathon, there is plenty of shopping opportunities, The Turtle Hospital, Crane Pointe preserve, Pigeon Key and many wonderful resturaunts.

A little further north, on Grassy Key is the Dolphin Research Center.

We are convenient to Key West for shopping, dining and many other fun
activities.

$3200.00 - $3400.00 per month (30 days MINIMUM)
$3000.00 - $3200.00 per month after first month (30 days)
$500.00 to book (60 days or less cancellation = $100 fee, 30 days or

Utilities are included up to a reasonable amount of usage. If the owner determines that utilities are above and beyond what is normal for the time of year the home is being rented, a portion of the damage deposit may be witheld from refund.

**Usual and customary cleaning time is determined to take 2 1/2 hrs.  Anytime needed beyond 2 1/2 hrs. will be billed @ $45.00 per hr. and be deducted from the damage deposit.

There are certain expectations of the renter on how the home is to be left.  These are posted @ the house and are available upon request.
