Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.  955 sq. ft. of covered lanai area.  Views of Pacific Ocean, 
Haleakala on Maui, the Kohala Mountains and Hualalai mountain.

Kitchen offers top of the line appliances and kitchenware with a private breakfast lanai.

Beautifully furnished Great Room features pocket, sliding glass/screen doors and BBQ with wet bar on 
lanai.

Master bedroom suite with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, marble bath with spacious soaking tub and 
tropical outdoor shower garden.

Two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds, private lanai/balcony, and en-suite bathrooms.

Downstairs media/family room features entertainment system, wet bar, and pocket doors that open to 
expansive wood deck.

Zoned air conditioning throughout living areas.

One four-person golf cart.

This Ka'ulu Villa is within a 7 minute walk (3 minutes golf cart ride) of the Four Seasons 
restaurants and pools, the Sports Club & Spa, the Coffee Co, tennis, golf, the pro shop and the gift 
shop (Trading Company).

-Hualalai Residential Concierge Service

Weekly Rate for January 7, 2008 through December 17, 2008:  $9,800/week plus taxes and Resort Fee

Holiday Rate for December 17, 2008 through January 4, 2009:  $2,150/day (7 night minimum) plus taxes 
and Resort Fee
