The House: 
 
 
Escape the unpleasant hustle and bustle of the larger Florida 
metropolitan areas, and stay in this laid-back, traffic free,  
quiet, and friendly area of Florida's Treasure Coast.  This area is 
pleasantly relaxing, yet extremely close to Central Florida's major 
attractions.  
 
You Will Not Be Disappointed! 
This 3 years new 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single family home, 2008 square 
feet including all areas, with a large screened in Lanai, is 15 
minutes from a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach,  with brand new 
furniture, and comfortable, new top quality queen and king sized  
beds, is ready to be rented. 
 
The home is located in a very quiet development, near both Sebastian, 
and Vero Beach Florida. It is located 5 minutes off interstate 95, a 
fairly short drive of 1 hour and 15 minutes from Orlando  
International Airport, 1 hour and 30 minutes from West Palm Beach 
Airport, 40 minutes from Melbourne Airport, and 1 hour 20 minutes from 
Walt Disney World. 
 
The home is a bright, clean, cheerful,uncluttered, and 
contemporary design with a king sized bed in the master 
bedroom, with a private bathroom, a 2nd bedroom featuring queen sized 
bed, and a 3rd bedroom with each a full and twin sized bed. The 2nd 
and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway. An appealing 
screened Lanai off the Great Room is a nice place to relax, and feel 
the warmth of the Florida's sub-tropical breezes.  The open 
kitchen opens up to both the Morning Room with bay windows, and the 
Great Room with a cathedral ceiling. (see floor plan below)
