to the Interstate 4 and 192. Only 10 minutes away from Disney World.
Ideally placed for a family visit to Disney World.
This beautiful villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has 2
spacious sitting rooms, 1 dining room, 7 bedrooms with four and half bathrooms/2 master en-suites. The house is equipped with pool table/air hockey. free long distance, free international phone t Canada, high Speed Internet, gas BBQ, cable TVs in all bedrooms. The bedrooms have 2 king, 2 queen, and 6 twin beds. This home is fully-equipped with all linens, towels as well as topline front loading washer, dryer, all topline kitchen appliances and utensils.
Outside is a 15X30 custom designed screened swimming pool, a seperate free standing hot tub/spa, which can be heated at an extra cost if needed .
This home is spacious and flexible and offers excellent value for
holiday rental in the Disney area. It will sleep fourteen comfortably,
and sixteen if the queen air mattress is used.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there
be No Smoking and No Pets.
The gated/man guarded Solana resort community has a state of art club house, with fitness center, computer room, game room, play ground as well as public swimming pool, hot tub/spa etc. The house is very close to the club house. It is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Three golf courses are within a few minutes drive away. 40 minutes away from beach.
