duplex unit featuring granite counter tops, hardwood and plush
carpeted flooring covering the top two private floors with two full
sized oceanfront private decks and a full complement of quality
deck furniture. Access to the floors is available through either a
private elevator with privacy code, an interior stairway between
the second floor and the top floor, or a spiral exterior staircase.
Four of the six bedrooms and the family room have direct access
to the large private oceanfront decks. Two of the bedrooms are
large master bedrooms with king size beds, large private baths with
jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and large closet areas. Two bedrooms
feature queen sized beds and the final two bedrooms feature twin
beds and a twin/full trundle bed. The unit is fully furnished with
excellent quality appliances, furniture, and 5 TV/DVD combo's(2 with
VCR also), stereo, etc. This unit is a Non-Smoking and No Pet
unit.

This unit has a private pool with pool side furniture available to
guests of the duplex only and a private direct access walkway to the
beach. A fully furnished kitchen is provided complete with top
quality double oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, plus a
washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, beach chairs, outside shower,
covered parking for 4 cars, etc. Wireless high speed internet
access is available throughout the unit as well as cable TV.
Central air conditioning and heating is provided on each floor with
separate controls per floor.

Carolina Beach is centrally located with numerous activities only
minutes away. The area activities include fishing(surf, pier, and
boat), numerous golf courses, snorkeling, scuba diving, wind
surfing, beachcombing, historical and nature sight seeing, state
park, picnic areas, NC Aquarium, nature trails, biking, 4wd beach
access areas, excellent restaurants, a 25 minute ferry ride to
Southport, marina, amusement park, shopping, and a short 20 minute
drive to downtown Wilmington, with it's waterfront areas, the USS
North Carolina battleship, and city amenities . Or, you can simply
relax at the quiet north end of Carolina Beach.
