This is a one room condo similar to a motel room, is new as it was completed on April 6, 2006. The fine white sandy beach is only approximately 60 yards
from the unit. It is located on beach marker 9, in the prime location where most activities occur,
such as Sandfest and other community sponsored events. It is also next to the Beach Lodge, which is
the only grill and bar located within walking distance on the beach.
The room sleeps 4. Perfect for couples or families. The room is on the third floor with a view of the
gulf. There is an elevator for convenience. It features a full size refrigerator, microwave,
toaster, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. There is no stove, but there are charcoal grills
available in the cooking area near the swimming pools.
The new furniture includes matching cherry wood headboards, footboards, night stand and armoire. The
2 two beds are queen sized with osteopathic soft-pillowed mattresses.
The vanities and tub and shower enclosure are made from granite. The dinette table and window sill
are marble.
Lounge on the balcony overlooking the pool and beyond to the beach. Let the view and sounds of the
gulf soothe the stress away.
Beachgate is a great place to spend time with family, friends and business associates. This motel is
the only motel on the beach with a meeting room, perfect for annual meetings.
Port Aransas has some great restaurants for when you feel like eating out. For those who are feeling
lucky there is the Texas Treasure gambling ship. If you feel like exploring there are plenty
of options - scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, deep-sea fishing, Aransas Wildlife Refuge and
Whooping Crane Habitat or the beach!

There is a color TV with cable service, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
iron, ironing board and telephone. Two pools and two jacuzzis. The building is also wi-fi equipped.

There are two pools and two Jacuzzis in beautiful settings. The beach is available for all
activities such as shelling, swimming, walking, surfing or wave boarding, horseshoes, volleyball,
fishing, biking, tanning and of course people watching. Port Aransas is known for its restaurants,
nightlife, deep sea fishing, wave runners, boating, water skiing. Getting around town is easy as it
is small enough to get around via golf carts which are available for rent.

Two night minimum stay on weekends, three night minimum over major holidays.

Deposits are required to hold reservation, in the amount of half of the total dollars of the rental
period reserved.
Deposit: check or money order must be received within a week of booking the reservation.
Deposit: By credit card - reservation will be guaranteed as soon as:
Mailed out form is signed and returned or;
Faxed out form is signed and faxed back.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in, you'll receive 100% of your Deposit.
If cancelled between 30 days and 7 days, you'll receive 90% of your Deposit (10% penalty).
No refund if less than 7 days prior to check in.
Rooms are non-smoking.
Pet rooms (dogs only) are available upon request and require an additional fee of $15/day plus
deposit.
