Relaxing Oceanfront Condo in Hutchinson Island

This Ocean Harbour South 7th floor condo on North Huchinson
Island (East coast of central Florida) was completely remodeled and
newly furnished this year.
It is direct oceanfront with private pool, tennis court, and
beach. It's a heavenly place to be for the winter. The people that
winter here are fabulous - always something going on! You will be
welcomed.
The living room and master are oceanfront. The master has a
plush carpet and lovely linens with a fluffy down comforter and lots
of pillows. The bed is a king sized pillow top. There's nothing
like falling asleep to the waves crashing just outside your window.
There is a flat panel TV in this room. The master bath has tile
floors,a granite countertop and a glassed in shower. Everything is
brand new!
The living room is furnished with soft inviting colors, a
really comfortable couch (that is a queen sleep sofa), a loveseat,
glass tables and a 32inch TV (satellite) with a DVD player. The
floors are a light Pergo wood from front to back. There's even two
soft throws for when you watch TV.
The kitchen and guest bedroom face the Indian River. You can't
beat the sunset from the balcony out front! We have two wooden
folding chairs to bring out to watch the sunset over the river.
The kitchen (all brand new) is white and includes every
convenience. There is a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee
maker, utensils, pots and pans...everything you need!
The guest bedroom has twin pillow top beds. The colors are
pale yellow and periwinkle blue. The furniture is all white. There
is a plush carpet. Fluffy down comforters are on these beds. The
guest bathroom has granite and all new tile on the floor and
shower. This bathroom has a tub.
There is central air conditioning and screen doors front and
oceanfront for the breezes during the comfortable winter. There is
a front load washer and dryer.
Finally, there is a storage bin across the hall that has beach
chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a beach rolling cart to roll
all your gear out to the beach.

Activities include Vero Outlets shopping and restaurants. The LA
Dodgers hold Spring Training in Vero beach (20 minutes away)
Orlando is only 1 hour and 40 minutes away. Fort Pierce Jai- Alai
is lots of fun. Boat rentals are nearby. Many golf courses are
nearby. Farmers Market in Ft Pierce every Saturday morning.
There's a fun fountain park in Vero for the kids or grandchildren.
Casino boat 1 hour away. Many deep sea fishing charters nearby.
Jack Island Nature Preserve has great bird watching. Navy Seal
museum just minutes away.
