furnishings! The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite
countertops, includes snack bar seating for four plus a dining table
for six. Each bedroom has a Cable TV and bathroom. A great place
for large families, or bring along your friends! Sleeping
accomodations for up to ten people.

Bring your boat and dock it behind the house at the 37 and 1/2 foot
dock! Super easy access to the Atlantic and Florida Bay. There is
a
fish cleaning table and water at the dock, plus a bait freezer. Use
the gas grill to cook up your fresh catch!

Relax on one of two patios - upstairs is a wrap around balcony plus
a
patio downstairs - and enjoy the view of the canal. Quiet and
peaceful, but only an hour away from all of the excitement of Key
West or Key Largo. Just two hours from Miami.

Bedding includes 1 king size, 1 queen size, 4 twins, and a pull out
sleeper sofa in the downstairs den area. Other amenities include,
Air Conditioning, 6 Cable TV's, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD player. All

Gas
Grill, Bait Freezer, and water at the Dock. Tiled floors

Renters have the full use of the CABANA CLUB (within walking
distance) including the ocean front heated pool, ocean
beach, and the snack/tiki bar. Fish from the dock right behind the
house! Par 3 golf course and tennis courts are just down the
street. Fishing charters are within walking distance. Diving,
snorkeling, and other water activities only minutes away.
Jogging/Biking/Skating path on KCB. Great for that morning or
evening stroll! Many fine restaurants in the area.
