Villa B-4 - Multilevel Beach Front Home in St George Island

An intimate and comfortable villa, located in the heart of the island. You'll take only a few short
steps to the pool or beach via boardwalks. Beautifully decorated to ensure your total comfort, this
villa offers excellent accomodations for smaller size families and groups visiting St. George Island.

This is a multi-level property, with both of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top level with a
washer and dryer. The spacious Living/Kithen/Dining area is on the main, lower level.

"Villas By the Sea" is within easy walking distance to all of the island attractions including
restaurants, nightlife, bike rentals, shops, and more. Jet skis, sailboats, and beach chair rentals
are practically in the back yard. The house is also very close to a small public park in the middle
of the island, which has a childrens' playground and basketball court, among other amenities.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Free linens and cleaning (upon departure) are
included. This is a great place to enjoy St. George Island.
