Vacation Rental Description

Casa Dorado is a private, gated classic mid-century architectural 
complex in the exclusive city of Indian Wells. This 3bdrm/2 bath 
2000 sq ft condo sits on the fairway of the four-hole executive golf 
course.  It has floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of 
sweeping mountain vistas from virtually every room. The open concept 
living room adjoins a separate dining room and a large kitchen.  The 
master bedroom suite has a king size bed, double closets, and an 
attached bath with double sinks that opens to an atrium with a 
fountain.  The second bedroom also has a king size bed and double 
closets with a view of Mount Eisenhower. The third bedroom has two 
twin beds and doubles as a den.  TVs are in all bedrooms and there 
is a large flat screen in the main living area.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and putting green are just steps 
away from the front door of the condo. There are 2 tennis courts, a 
four-hole executive golf course and shuffle board. The condo has a 
gas fireplace, BBQ, cable television, high speed wireless internet 
access, air conditioning, CD player, DVD player, a well-appointed 
kitchen, linens and towels, and a washer/dryer....everything you 
need to feel at home.  No pets, no smoking, and no children under 16.

Activities and Attractions

Casa Dorado is within walking distance of Hyatt Grand Champions 
Resort & Spa, Indian Wells Resort, Miramonte Resort & Spa, and 
Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa.  It is just minutes away from 
the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the Pacific Life Open.  
Shopping at the exclusive shops on famous El Paseo is just around 
the corner, as are art galleries, gourmet dining and live 
entertainment.  For outdoor enthusiasts, canyons and parks provide 
endless opportunities for biking and hiking excursions.  For gaming 
enthusiasts, six casinos are located throughout the area.   There is 
truly something for everyone!

$750.00 security deposit
