Vacation Rental Description
Our location is ideal; we're within easy walking distance to the heart of State Street, home
to world-class shopping, dining & entertainment. We're just steps to West Beach, Stearn's
Wharf and the Marina.
The patio area in the back of the house overlooks Mission Creek, home to many
species of birds. It's a perfect place to enjoy outdoor BBQ-ing, dining or
cocktails. Smoking is acceptable, outside only, please.
Our Vacation Rentals are ideal for a couple, but can accommodate as many
as four adults with a queen size bed and queen size fold-out sofa with either a featherbed or a 1"
memory foam topper. Our properties are not child-proof; may not be suitable for small children.
Grant & Holly have been in the hospitality buisness for a combined 20 years. Our
goal is to make sure your stay is memorable. Whatever your occasion, we will do what we
can to ensure you have a great experience.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Luxurious accomodations include high-quality sheets, down comforters and pillows, as well as
thick & thirsty towels. Extra sheets, bath towels and beach
towels are provided in-room.
Complimentary off-street parking is provided. Park your car during
your entire stay; you're ideally located within walking or biking
distance from the beach, State Street and the Marina. Many of our guests park their cars
during their entire visit and walk or bike everywhere to avoid traffic and conserve fuel.
Our well-appointed kitchens includes a gas stove, service for four,
coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, a full set of cookware plus every imaginable
cooking utensil.
Upon request, we'll be happy to loan you the supplies you need for a
beach picnic, including beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs, ice chest and a wagon
to tow it all.
Shared washer, dryer and WiFi are available for your use.
Activities and Attractions
Ideally located in the heart of Santa Barbara's West Beach tourist
area, you'll be but a short walk from Stearn's
Wharf, the Marina and State Street -- home to world-class dining,
shopping and entertainment. We are steps away from the sand (about a 3-minute walk).
Easy access to Highways 101 and 154, it's about a 30-minute drive to
Santa Ynez Valley's vineyards and tasting rooms.
Just down the street, you can rent electric carts, bicycles and
surreys and explore the bike path that runs from the marina to the
bird refuge as well as State Street.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the Santa Barbara Marina, where you can
sign up for a whale-watching cruise or rent sailboats & kayaks.
Vacation Rental Rates
* $1000-$1950/week, based on double occupancy
* Two night minimum
* Rates fluctuate according to high/mid/low season, holidays & special events
* Because we are such a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits are non-
refundable UNLESS you give us at least 14 days advance notice.
* Special rates available for extended stays.
