The security reservation deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory  
inspection at day of departure. 
Reservation is locked in/booked for the first guests making payment.* 
(several different guests may request billing for same  
date,therefore we lock in as we receive payment.)  
Charges for missing items or damages will apply. Guests are  
responsible to indemnify owner for any damage or loss to the  
property or its contents. 
 Guests will abide by the law of the community and refrain from any  
activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents.  
Violations will result in forfeiture of all monies , termination of  
occupancy,and be resolved by sheriff. 
CANCELLATION; 
The security/reservation deposit is 50% refundable if your reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to  
your scheduled arrival. Any cancellation with less notice, the entire deposit is forfeited. 
No cancellation refunds for specials nor promotions,however full deposit refunded if cabin is rented  
for same period and rate. 
PREMATURE DEPARTURES; 
Should occupant guest depart prior to term of rental period; 
-Full security deposit refund -security is forfeited if damages are equal or more than security  
deposit. 
Rent is forfeited unless remainder of rental period can be filled by other occupants and that rent  
equals or exceeds any balance,-security is forfeited if damages are equal or more than security  
deposit.
