the finest accommodations on the beach and is truly a spectacular
escape destination in paradise. It features ensuite baths, laundry
facilities, and a sundeck on the beach that could not be a more
exceptional, private, or relaxing vacation home for your enjoyment.
You and your family and friends can enjoy the ultimate in comfort
and relaxation. The entrance includes covered parking for four cars
and/or boats and is below more than 4500 under-air square feet of
newly remodeled, renovated, and decorated space.
The décor is upscale and gorgeous! Furnished with leather, seaside
fabrics, recessed lighting, and wood accents, the main family room
area has beautiful hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings, an
entertainment center, and gorgeous beach views through walls of
floor-to-ceiling windows extending to a gourmet kitchen area and
dining room. The kitchen has modern appliances including a stainless
steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker,
toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all the
gadgets you will need whenever you are cooking in. There is a large
adjoining formal dining room with tables and chairs as well as
living room and family room. The elevated first floor is surrounded
by an incredible, spacious deck with comfortable furnishings which
overlooks a huge private sugar sand beach directly on the gulf and
features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, dining, and relaxing.
On the second floor, there are four large, tastefully decorated
bedrooms; a king, two queen, and two twin-sized beds are available
with additional sleep accommodation options. Full size laundry
facilities are located on this level. There are ceiling fans
throughout the house keeping everyone in cool comfort.
The king sized master bedroom on the third floor is the ultimate,
with breathtaking views, a private balcony / deck, a large sitting
area with TV and DVD player, sunken spa bath and large shower, his-
and-her sinks, and spacious walk-in closets. The balcony provides
beautiful views of the entire beach, the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel
Island and spectacular sunsets. There are two leather “pull out”
chairs in the sitting area just in case the smaller kids want to
sleep close to mom and dad.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and
games are included in the fun and available for your pleasure.
There are plenty of TV’s, DVD’s, stereo, and DSL and wireless
internet hook ups for the ultimate in connectivity and entertainment
options.
This is an awesome location on the Island – a beautiful section of
pristine, sandy beach, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of
water sports are available, including jet skiing, parasailing,
swimming, fishing, and boating. Within walking distance are
recreational facilities including tennis courts, basketball, and a
large pool and water park featuring water slides and lifeguards for
the kids. All of these activities are within walking distance of our
house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.
Dine-in movie theatres, convenience store, drugstore, two grocery
stores (including Publix supermarket) are minutes away, lots of
excellent restaurants nearby & bars are right on the beach within
walking distance. Shopping areas are minutes away via walking, by
car or island trolley. The property is near the Mantanzas Pass
Preserve, a 56-acre Natural Habitat Park. One of the nation's top 10
beaches, Lover’s Key, is a short drive to the south.

dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and wine
refrigerator, and ample cutlery and china. Coffee maker, blender,
rice maker, espresso machine, hand mixer and waffle maker also
provided.
Linens and large supply of bath and beach towels included. Ample
covered parking for boat and cars, BBQ grill, outdoor patio
furniture (seats eight). Ceiling fans throughout the home for your
comfort. Wireless internet access.
Trolley stop for local commuting available in front of the home. A
local video store stocks the latest releases, and many magazines,
books, and board games (checkers, chess, backgammon, Monopoly,
playing cards, etc.) are available on site for a relaxing vacation.

We provide soaps and shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper
bath towels, bed linens, and beach towels.
The family room has very comfortable, luxurious furniture, a 32-inch
TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater
amplifier. The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers,
backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice
selection of DVD and VCR movies to view and books to read.
Fabulous gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, wine refrigerator,
microwave, sink and dishwasher, washers and dryers, and all the
bells and whistles. BBQ facilities and outdoor dining.
