Our Hawaiian Paradise Villa was built in May, 2002 and is in the
best location of Coconut Plantation. It is close to the Disney Aulani resort. It has a gorgeous view of the golf course and partial ocean view. It is furnished in a tasteful and
elegant tropical island theme with Polynesian-style ceiling fans and
all the latest amenities. Beautiful 1250 square foot (plus 208 sq.
ft. Lanais) private resort home on the Golf Course with a master
bedroom with a king size bed, and another bedroom with a queen size
bed. It is a single floor plan on the upper level. There are 2 full
baths, living room, dining area, office, full kitchen, laundry room,
2 lanais, 1-car garage and great view of the golf course and parial
ocean view. Other amenities include 2 TV/VCR units, CD/DVD stereo
system, BBQ. There are two private lanais. The main lanai, with master bedroom
access and seating for 6, opens directly onto the 11th fairway of
the world-class Ko Olina golf course. Enjoy your breakfast on the lanai
while viewing the golf course, the ocean and the beautiful Ihilani
hotel. The home is a leisurely 5 minute walk to Lagoon Beaches,
Pool, & the Ihilani Spa and hotel. You may choose to spend your days at
one of the four beautiful turquoise sandy lagoons, on the Ko Olina Golf
Course, at the adjacent Ihilani Spa, visiting the Ko Olina Marina or
exploring the wonderful scenery of the island.
