You will love this BEACHFRONT condo. Completely renovated and maintained thruout the year. WiFi is in the unit. On the beach, 5th floor, at Carlos Pointe, the south end of the island.
Custom kitchen with granite counters, fully-equipped with service
for 8 and washer/dryer. Kitchen opens to dining/living room with bar
stools at the counter for relaxed dining.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 42" HDTV, Cable, DVD, stereo with CD and IPod, movies, books, games and opens onto the screened lanai.
The lanai has table and chairs to enjoy beachfront dining and the
gulf view. Watch the dolphins and manatees while dining (binoculars
provided.)
The NEW Master bedroom has king size bed, 37" HDTV, cable, clock radio, all linens, private bath, hair dryer provided, and opens onto the screened lanai.
Second bedroom has twin beds, 32" HDTV, cable, clock radio, all
linens, hair dryer provided, private bath with glass enclosed stall shower.
Step right out onto the silky white sands to collect sea shells or relax on
the gulf. If you are lucky you can swim with the dolphins. Beach
chairs, beach towels, beach toys and beach umbrella provided for your
use. Also, books, games, binoculars and movies.

Take the trolley to Times Square, it stops in front of the building,
