Vacation Rental Rates

January thru December - $2050/month plus 7% Lodging Tax      SORRY...30 days "minimum stay"

$500 Security Deposit 10 days after receipt of Lease Agreement 
Security deposit: Fully refunded after inspection and receipt of Utility and Telephone Bill.   
NOTE: Utility charges over $100 per month on electric bill will be deducted from Security/Electric 
deposit after receipt from Utilities company. Telephone  long distance charges if any. 
Full payment for first month must be received 30 days prior to start of rental agreement.
