Vacation Rental Description

Condo complex sits on top of Dana Point Strands Bluff, on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway.   
Ocean View from front balcony.  Short walk to bluff stairs takes you to beautiful Dana-Strands and  
Salt Creek Beaches.  We share these exquisite beaches with the Ritz Carlton Resort Hotel.  Bedrooms  
are fully furnished with queen bed in master bedroom, and twin-beds in the other bedrooms.  There is  
an additional twin mattress for the 7th person.  All linens included.  Fully equipped with kitchen  
utensils and appliances,inside wahsier and dryer, bathroom and bedroom linens; beach towels chairs,  
mats, and umbrella.  L/R. with TV. DVD, CD player. Patio with BBQ grill, table & chairs and cooler.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean view from front balcony.  Short distance to Dana Point Harbor and Marina, where there are  
water and sport activities, shops and restaurants.  Less than 4-miles to neighboring cities:  Laguna  
Beach, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano.  Your own covered parking space, and lots of guest  
parking. Association pool, 2 spas and several picnic tables.  Near famous resort hotels and spas  
(Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Marriott, and Montage). Walk to public transportation and  
library.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy our beautiful Doheny and Salt Creek Beaches located in the "golden coast" of California.  A  
short walk to the stairs, as pictured, takes you to Salt Creek beach, which we share with the Ritz  
Carlton Resort Hotel.  Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, Surfing, Body surfing, bike riding,  
hiking/walking.  Indulge in fine/causal dinning, shopping and other offerings at the Dana Point  
Harbor and neighboring Laguna Beach, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano (home of one of the best  
California Missions).  Sea World in San Diego and Disneyland in Anaheim are just 45 minutes away.  
Los Angeles is about 60 minutes away. 
 
  

Vacation Rental Rates

Based on Weekly, Saturday to Saturday, lease: 
 
$1900-$2250/week, June-August (and Holidays) 
$1800-2000 September, October 
$1400 Winter/off-season (except holidays) 
 
$700. Security Deposit 
$150-200 Cleaning fee (depending on your length of stay, and number of people in your party) 
 
Rates subject to change until receipt of security deposit.  Full lease payment due 45-days prior to  
occupancy.
