La Casa Granada in Santa Barbara

Located in historic "Lil Granada" on Santa Barbara's eastside,
nestled just below the foothills, this exquisite casa is just a five
block walk under a canopy of trees to the heart of downtown Santa
Barbara.

On the way you will pass our extraordinary courthouse and Museum of
Art. Once at State Street you will find many shops, from Saks Fifth
Avenue to local boutiques, and a diverse selection of restaurants.

Also within walking distance is the famed "La Superica" Mexican
restaurant, a celebrity favorite from Julia Childs to Jackson
Browne.

Relax in your home away from home in a tastefully decorated living
room with fireplace, a cozy large sofa,which is also a queen sofa-
bed , and a large cable television with DVD player.There is also internet connection for your use.


The charming bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with a downey
comforter, ceiling fan, roomy closet, and CD stereo.

Both the bedroom and living room have a door opening out into a
small fenced outside area with a small table and chairs for a quiet
start to your day.

A small dressing area is also equipped with a refrigerator,
microwave, toaster and coffee pot. The bathroom includes both a
bathtub and shower.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking.

Known as the American Riviera, Santa Barbara is beautiful year
around. Two miles away is our legendary beachfront and wharf that
hosts an assortment of restaurants and the newly renovated Ty Warner
Sea Center. "La Casa Granada is located just 3 bls. away from the legendary SB County Bowl.

On Sundays you can enjoy the weekly art show, hosting a variety of
exceptional local artists inspired by the beauty of this coastal and
mountainous area. Also available at the beachfront is volleyball,
kayaking, whalewatching boats (depending on the time of year!),
sunset sails, and parasailing.

The historic Santa Barbara Mission is just two miles in the other
direction, as are numerous hiking trails in the foothills, or follow
them into the mountains along the creek.

On Saturday mornings two blocks away from downtown is a local
favorite- the fresh Farmers Market that shows off the glorious
produce, flowers, pistacios, pies and even natural beauty products
of the area.

$600-$1050 weekly; one week minimum stay, or $110/night for a three
