Enjoy clean, comfortable seclusion in the center of the beautiful 
Florida Keys at a reasonable rate. Just minutes from all the action 
that Upper Keys has to offer. A short drive from Key Largo or 
Marathon, and an easy drive from Key West or the Florida mainland.
Located on a clean, swimming/boating canal with direct access to the 
Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay.
This area is world famous for its sport fishing and diving, and is 
considered to have the finest dining and shopping in the Keys. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two bedrooms (one queen, one full), one full bath, covered deck 
furnished with table, lounge chairs, gas grill for outside dining and 
entertainment.
Central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, cable TV, phone (local only).

Kitchen: icemaker, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, 
blender, dishes, glasses, flatware, and pots/pans.

Parks, beaches, boating, fishing, swiming, diving, sailing, dolphins, 
shopping, eating, art galleries, bird watching, golf, tennis, bikes, 
and on and on.

Vacation Rental Rates

* $300 security deposit required to hold a reservation, which is 
  completely refundable upon satisfactory inspection and return of 
  the keys. Property should be returned to it's original condition
  excluding laundry.

* $900 to $1200 weekly

* $150 to $200 per night, three night minimum

* Payment through PayPal, Money Order/Cashiers Check
* Payment in full is required upon arrival

* Check-in is at 2:00 P.M., check-out is at 11:00 A.M. 
* Maid service prior to check-in and after check-out only 
* Parking is available for 1 car
* Boat dock available upon request at an additonal charge

* A guest must be 21 years of age - valid I.D. required
* Accommodations are for up to 4 adults - no overnight guests allowed
* Smoking is permitted outside only
* Sorry, no pets are allowed
* There is a neighborhood no disturbance policy after 10 P.M.
* 25 MPH neighborhood speed limit 
* Residential canals are idle speed only
