Vacation Rental Description

This recently renovated property is located 30 feet from the beach! 
Renters with children will be delighted to be able to leave beach
supplies when kids are hungry or need to use the bathroom. The view of
the ocean is unobstructed and is truly spectacular!  The upper deck is
shaded in the afternoon which makes it comfortable for cocktail and
BBQ time.  Watch the sun rise from the deck in the morning when
nothing can be heard but the seagulls!  Each floor consists of a large
living room/kitchen combination. The living room couch is a sectional
with one pull out queen size bed.  There is an easy chair and a
television cabinet with books and other electronic equipment. Two of
the bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds, a dresser and mirror,
and nighttable; the third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed
and dresser and an interior door mirror.  The beachy motif is light,
immaculate, and relaxing

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include:  central AC, dishwasher, electric stove, gas grill,
microwave, TV, DVD/VCR player, CD player, pots and pans, dishes,
utensils, platters, coffee maker, telephone, vacuum cleaner, alarm
clock, washing machine and dryer, and spacious outdoor shower, and
more. Equipment rentals and light snacks/food are located at the end
of the block.

Activities and Attractions

Beach Haven boasts of many fine dining restaurants combined with the
casual and informal establishments.  The house is located
approximately one mile from the hub of activity.  Fantasy Island
offers games and rides for the children.  Rolling Thunder is an
enormous water slide.  Lots of shopping in Bay Village and along LBI
Blvd.  Swimming, fishing, snorkeling, kite flying, trips to AC, movie
theater are all available to the active visitor.  A quiet and restful
beach is there for those who prefer to chill out!
