Bella Vista - Quiet Getaway in Shasta Lake

Want a quiet, private, comfortable place to get away for vacation or business that is affordable then this is a home for you. We have a great home for relaxing after a day on the lake, ski slopes, hunting, shopping, or what ever would bring you to our area.  You are within 15 minutes of
Shasta Lake, 30 minutes to Whiskeytown, 50 minutes to Burney,an hour to Trinity Lake, an hour to Mount Shasta. The house is on a private road
that has little traffic; it sits on four acres that is completely fenced with trees that provide you with extra privacy plus plenty of room for your pet to roam and ample room for parking of vehicles including boats and rv's. No smoking allowed in the house, but is ok outside.
This is a small but very comfortable home you have the feeling of being at home instead of being in a motel/hotel room. We are now accepting credit cards.

This house will sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The kitchen has all new appliances, oak cabinets, Corian counters.
The living room, dining room, hall, master bedroom and second bedroom all have hardwood floors.
Both bathrooms and the kitchen vinyl flooring.
Linens, Towels, Pillows are provided.
Bath, laundry and dishes soap is also provided. 
All paper product such as Paper towels, Toilet paper, Napkins are
provided.
Ceiling fans are in bedrooms, living room & dining room.

Rates are: $100.00 per night, three night minimum.
Monthly - Can be negotiated depending on the season

In order to book your dates you must pay $200 security deposit either by check or credit card within 7 days of your request.

All other fees must be paid 45 days in advance of your arrival.
Cancellation fees 30-45 days of arrival, $200
Cancellation fees 15-30 days of arrival, 50% of rental fee
Cancellation fees 0-15 days of arrival, no refund
Pets are welcome with an additional deposit of $50 that is refundable
if no damage is done to
the home.
There is an additional $50 Cleaning fee.
