5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths Palm Springs and La Quinta area luxury vacation
rental. “Stillwater” is a 3,560 sq. ft. executive home that sleeps
10-14 in the exclusive gated community of Montage. A prime location
just minutes from all the top golf resorts in La Quinta, the Empire
Polo Club, La Quinta Resort and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

This home, built in 2005 is beautifully upgraded with high end décor &
furnishings, a conversation fire-pit out by the private heated pool
and spa, custom paint, granite & tile work, fireplace, separate Casita
with courtyard entry and so much more.

Stillwater is all on one level, and has 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and
comfortably sleeps 10-14 people. Three bedrooms have king beds. One
Bedroom has two extra long twins and the 5th has a queen bed. The
house also has two queen airbeds to use as extra beds.

Fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a slab granite island, gas
cook top, stainless steel appliances, double oven with convection,
microwave, and refrigerator with ice & water dispensers. The kitchen
is fully equipped with new dishes and full complement of cookware.
The large outdoor grill is connected to natural gas.

The dining room table fits 12 and the seating outside on the patio by
the pool seats 10.

The great room has a 50” Panasonic High-Definition TV. The A/V system
includes High Definition cable, DVD, CD player, I-pod connection and
surrounds sound and the ability to play speakers in the kitchen and
the outside patio. The house has 4 HD TV’s with TV and DVD players in
every bedroom.

Relax on the large back patio area overlooking the gorgeous,
professionally landscaped back yard. The pool includes numerous
floating toys for young and old. The large lot has maximum privacy for
outdoor entertaining, dining and lounging. Sun by the pool in the six
lounge chairs.

Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited
long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a
fully-equipped laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.

The location is wonderful. The La Quinta Resort/Hotel, the Indian
Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, Empire Polo Fields and all
the La Quinta golf courses are very close, just minutes away by car.
Rental rates are $500 per night and up, depending on dates. Perfect
for your golf group, family or corporate retreat.

The Stillwater home is about 20 miles (about half an hour) from the
Palm Springs airport. Many private jets fly in to the Thermal Airport,
which is quite a bit closer…only about 5-7 minutes away. Costco is
only about a mile and a half away. The closest Starbucks about the
same. The top casinos are nearby, as are all the best golf courses.
The closest cross streets for Map Quest: Avenue 49 & Madison. The home
is just east of the Rancho La Quinta Country Club.

Book a 2, 3 or 4 night stay Monday through Friday, and get up to 30%
off! 2 night stay, 20% off; 3 night stay, 25% off; 4 night stay, 30%
off. “Last Minute” Special: A discount of up to 50% is available for
“Last-minute” bookings that are made 2-weeks or less from the check-in
date. Last Minute booking of a 2 night stay, 40% off; 3 night stay,
45% off; 4 night stay, 50% off. We have many luxury homes, so there is
a good chance we will have a home available at a discount. The “Last
Minute” Special does not apply to holidays or other high demand dates.
Other discounts may be available for holidays or other high demand
dates in the 7 days before check-in, but not before. “Late-Late
Check-out” or “Early-early check-in” up to 7 extra hours for $150

Beyond 15 guests (including children of any age) surcharge of

are in quiet, private, upscale neighborhoods. They are not “party
houses”. 10pm-8am is “Quiet Time” within the gates of most developments
