Two Bedroom Condo in Palm Desert, just steps from El Paseo. Our two
bedroom, 2 Bath, single floor condo is located in the Sandpiper
community. Our condo has been refurbished with traventine tile
throughout the unit. The numerous interior seating areas allow for
ample room to relax and unwind. The spectacular view from the front
patio provides for breath taking views of the mountains and pool.
Enjoy quiet sunsets, sipping your favorite beverage while planning
your next day activities.

The condo is fully furnished with a large King size bed in the
masterbedroom and twin beds in the guest room. There are three TVs
in the unit. The full service kitchen is ready for use. The washer
and dryer are on the rear patio of the unit. The common area pool
and jacuzzi are heated year round and are just steps from the
condo. The living/dining room area of the unit is comparable to
the “great room” found in newer homes. The quaint kitchen is part of
the great room allowing for easy conversation between the kitchen
and living area. Both bathrooms have newly tiled showers and were
designed for easy access. The view from the kitchen and great room
overlook a large, manicured greenbelt.

There are many activites for everyone in Palm Desert. The desert is
known for its year round weather and golf. After playing 18 holes
come home to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, before an evening stroll on
El Paseo. El Paseo is just a 5 minute walk from our unit and
the "Strip" has numerous restaurants and stores for your enjoyment.
The newly built Starbucks is located at the corner of 74 and 111 and
is a great place to start your day.
