Absolutely Beautiful Pool Home with Optional 2006 Hurricane Sundeck  
Boat.   
 
This beautiful home is located in the prestigious SW region of Cape  
Coral close to Cape Harbour Marina and fabulous Rumrunners  
Restaurant.  Direct access to gulf within 15 minutes and option to  
rent 2006 Hurricane Deckboat with four stroke 150Hp Yamaha motor  
with color-coded positional GPS.  Home features include a large  
lanai area with large electric/solar heated pool, ample patio  
furniture, four loungers and a outdoor grill for your dining and  
relaxing enjoyment by the pool.  Home has large disappearing sliders  
that make the pool/lanai area feel like a part of the home.    
 
This three bedroom home is beautifully furnished in a mediterranean  
style. It's large great room has an open floor plan which includes  
leather furniture, plasma tv/armoire, fireplace, vaulted ceilings  
and opens to the pool/lanai area.  The great room flows to the  
kitchen which has a large island with 4 bar stools, corian  
countertops, stainless steel refrigerator with in-door water/ice  
dispensor, dishwasher, smooth top range and microwave.  The kitchen  
is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.   
The master bedroom has a ultra-plush king sized bed, two night  
stands, posh leather chair and a tufted leather bench with direct  
access to pool area.  Large master bathroom has double vanity, linen  
closet, walk-in closet and large tiled shower.  The two guest  
bedrooms have ultra-plush queen-sized beds and are beautifully  
furnished. The guest bathroom has a double vanity and separate water  
closet/shower with direct access to the pool area. The laundry room  
has washer/dryer, laundry sink and ironing equipment.  Two folding  
cots with temperpedic mattresses are available for your use.  All  
bedrooms have cable tv's. Home has lush tropical landscaping, garage  
and circular driveway.  Saltwater canal with 10,000 lb. boat lift  
with wrap around dock and lower terrace overlooking canal.

private electric/solar heated pool with lanai, stainless steel side  
by side refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, premium  
linens, bath and beach towels, dishes, utensils, gourmet cookware,

telephone with answering machine, fax, printer, copier, intercom  
system with whole-house music, dvd players, alarm clocks, central  
a/c and heat, woodburning fireplace, gas BBQ grill, boat lift and  
large dock with captains' walk.  Two bicycles are available for your  
enjoyment.

Boating, biking (2 bikes available), golfing, tennis, fishing,  
restaurants, shopping at nearby Naples, site-seeing, kayaking,  
snorkeling, diving, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing,  
jet skiing.  World class shelling or biking on nearby Sannibel  
Island.  Our favorites are catching some sun rays and relaxing on  
the boat, fishing for snook or tarpon, or just seeing a dolphin,  
manatee, or sting ray with our 2006 21' Hurricane Deckboat.

May 1st to November 15th           $800/weekly - $2800/monthly 
November 16th to December 31st     $900/weekly - $3200/monthly 
January 1st to January 31st       $1200/weekly - $4200/monthly 
February 1st to March 31st        $1400/weekly - $4800/monthly 
April 1st to April 30th           $1000/weekly - $3600/monthly 
 
Private boat rental available upon inquiry by experienced boaters  
only. 
 
$500 House Deposit and $150 House Cleaning Fee 
All house fees are subject to 11% Florida Hospitality Tax
