Charming Beach Cottage in Stone Harbor

Welcome to our charming bungalow by the sea! We are the 2nd floor of a beautiful whiteclapboard home in the heart of Stone Harbor on a quiet street. Everything is within walking distance - the stores, restaurants, & the beach. Sink into the comfy down sofas & chaise in this newly decorated home. Rooms are sunny & airy with great ocean breezes. Main floor has 1.5 baths & 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The 2nd bedroom contains a washer/dryer. Access the 2nd bedroom loft which has 1 King & 2 twins via the spiral staircase (best for kids & the nimble!). Sofa in livingroom converts to a queen bed.
Direct TV in both bedrooms as well as the livingroom. Spacious &
private deck with gas BBQ for sunset meals. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink after a day at the beach and listen to some music. Wireless & Comcast
internet access ready. New central air system.
We are 1 block to the Stone Harbor shops on a very quiet
street. A short 2.5 block walk brings you to the beautiful 99th

Just a short stroll from our home is the charming town of Stone
Harbor with it's many great shops & restuarants. Two blocks away is
the spectacular Stone Harbor beach. Island Watersports is 3 blocks
from the home for tubing, jet ski & other water sports fun!
On those rainy days, catch a movie in town, go to The Wetlands
Institute less than a mile away or visit the Cape May Zoo. Explore
the charming antique shops of Cape May or the excitement of the
Wildwood Boardwalk a short 15 minute drive south. Atlantic City is
45 minutes to the north but there are so many things to do locally,
you may not have time for the casinos!

Rates are $2,000.00 per week. See calendar for available weeks.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

A 50% deposit is required to hold the week. The balance is due 21 days prior to check in along with a refundable $300.00 security deposit.
