on the fourth floor. Enjoy that second cup of coffee while watching
the waves lap on the beach. All rooms are newly furnished. The
Sealey mattresses are high pillow-top. The Master suite has a King
Bed, large dressing area with built-in vanity, walk in closet and
full bath, The second bedroom has two tiwn beds with large closet.
Additional double bed in hide-away sofa. The kitchen is new and
fully equipped. Five minutes south of Cocoa Beach, One hour east of
Orlando. Great restaurants and golf courses are close by.

$300 security deposit- refundable upon satisfactory inspection
$80 cleaning for for all stays. No daily maid service
10% Management Fee
1/2 of total rent due upon Reservation and balance due at least 40
days prior to arrival. Credit Cards are accepted.
