Lakehouse on Lake Red Water in Lake Placid

The Peach House is located on Lake Red Water, across the street from
Lake Francis. This freshwater sandy bottom lake is approx. 153
acres,
with boat access to Lake Francis and Little Red Lake. Lake Red Water
is great for swimming, Boating, Water Sports and Fishing. Power and
Sail Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes and Kayaks are all welcome on Lake Red
Water.
It's a private house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, dining
room, kitchen, walk-in pantry and large screened in porch lakeside
with outside shower.
The living room has 2 sofa's one recliner and 5 bar stools, 1 sofa
folds out to a queen bed. Separate area bedrooms, one has a double
bed the other has one queen bed. The dining area has a dining table
and 4 chairs, the bar area has 5 bar stools. The kitchen has a
refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and is
completely stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, and all
utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. (We suggest
you bring your own beach towels) Color cable TV, DVD and VCR
included, Also wireless internet. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room.
The house is on an oversized lot and quiet street that dead ends a
quarter mile past the house. The lake is out the screened porch a
short walk on the walkway (50-60) feet to the lake.

Lakehouse is fully furnished, Central A/C and Heat, Screened Porch
Lakeside, Great Fishing, Quiet neighborhood on dead end street great
for walks and biking. Close to boat ramp, restaurants, shopping and
Golf.

American Legion, Moose Club and others close by. A couple of minutes
to downtown Lake Placid, is a quaint town of businesses, shops and
resturants many buildings adorn beautiful murals. Sebring is 10
minutes north and Orlando/Disney is 1 hour 15 minutes north.

2009 Summer Rates (May 1 through September 30)
Nightly: $150 - Monday through Thursday
Weekends: $350 - Friday and Saturday Nights check in as early as
12:00pm Friday, check-out Sunday by 4:00pm
Weekly: $850 - Monday through Sunday check in 3:00pm check out by
12:00pm
Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holiday Weekends: $900 (4
days, 3 Nights) Check in as early as 12:00 noon Friday, check out as
late as 4:00pm on Monday.
2010 Mid-Season Rates: (April 1-30 and October 1 through December 30)
same as summer rates. Monthly rates are $1600.00 per month
*$500 non-refundable deposit is requiried to reserve weekly and
weekend rentals.
Season: January through April (3 Month Min. requiried)
$1600 monthly, a $800 non-refundable deposit is requiried to
reserve.
