In years past, we came to Bethany Beach and rented a condo in Sea Colony West - we couldn't think of a better place to go for vacation. So we know what it takes to make your stay comfortable and keep you coming back year after year.

About Our Home:
You will not find a better unit in Sea Colony West. Our platinum rated unit offers ideal location (pool is right outside our front door, walk or shuttle to the beach, tennis courts and fitness center), quality furnishings (LCD HDTV, King/Queen/Twin beds, brand new kitchen appliances and cookware, new washer/dryer, etc.) and affordability.

About Sea Colony West:
Situated close to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and NY, Sea Colony at Bethany Beach is a quiet community with plenty to do and see. Sea Colony is a place you can walk around after dinner and take in the sunset. Everyone you meet is happy and friendly.

Our Policy:
We know that you want to rent a vacation home that offers the highest quality amenities. In order to ensure that we can offer you clean, well-maintained furniture, electronics and appliances for your perfect vacation, we only rent to adults and families.

Everything You Need in a Vacation Home:
Many of our current visitors come back year after year. However, for those of you who will be staying at our condo for the first time, we have included some photos of our unit.

*NEW FOR 2009: We just installed a new 32" LCD HDTV in our living room. We also purchased a brand new Serta King-sized Bed for the Master bedroom and moved the Queen-sized bed into the third bedroom. You will also enjoy our brand new kitchen appliances and cookware.

For families, we offer a Pack n' Play, Safety Rails for our Twin Beds, high chair, and various indoor and outdoor children's toys.

Ready to unwind? We have beautiful wine glasses, a screened in deck, mugs in the freezer to enjoy a nice cold beverage, and a HUGE selection of games and books to occupy your days and nights. Charge your iPod in our docking station and then go for a run in the morning...or simply sleep all day on the Beach. We have even installed a wireless router so that all of our guests have access to the Internet. You will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

By purchasing the required $35/per person Recreational Pass, you receive access to ALL of the Sea Colony amenities including use of all pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and private beach. There are a ton of extra activities in the community including daily children's programs and a weekly Sand Castle Contest (which our kids love!). Bethany Beach is a short drive to Rehoboth (excellent restaurants, shopping and outlets) or Ocean City. For the golf enthusiast, several excellent golf courses are only a few miles away.
