Vacation Rental Description

Centrally located to all of Costa Rica's exquisite attractions, including the active Arenal volcano, 
Guanacaste Reserve, the Monteverde Cloud Forest, hot springs and waterfalls, and Pacific coast 
beaches.
At the southern tip of beautiful Lake Arenal, with world-class wind surfing, refreshing tropical 
breezes and a temperate climate, you are located in the tranquility of the country-side, yet only 10 
minutes from restaurants and shopping in the delightful town of Tilaran. Drive up a picturesque lane 
with rain forest on one side, and beautiful stone and wrought iron on the other, off of immediate 
major road access to attractions and airports.
An aviary, monkeys in the trees, beautiful birds, and even a resident Armadillo called 'Herman' - 
all on 5 acres of beautifully landscaped private property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has two spacious bedrooms - one in a separate cottage - and each with large, 
private 'indoor-outdoor-living' patios and modern bathrooms. The 'main house' is light and bright, 
with walls of glass to view monkeys, birds and the Costa Rican landscape over your morning coffee; 
and with large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and washer and dryer.
One bedroom sleeps 2 - either in a king-size bed or two twins - and the separate cottage sleeps 3, 
with a double-size bed, plus a twin.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent the home with both bedrooms (for up to 5 people) for $600/week, or the home with either of the 
two separate bedrooms for $350/week. (Rates may be higher during holiday periods - and are less for 
stays of more than two weeks.)
