Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this quiet air conditioned vacation retreat with 240' of  
private water frontage on a private lagoon chanel with quick access  
to all that Gun Lake has to offer. Plenty of dock space to have your  
boat right outside your door. Don't have a boat? Don't worry, use  
ours for a small additional fee and security deposit. This cozy  
three bedroom cottage has an updated kitchen with all new  
appliances.  
 
Pets: Feel free to bring your four legged family members as well. We  
do not allow pets in the house, but they are welcome to habitate the  
screened in garage and porch areas, and all outside areas. Please be  
sure to clean up after your pets. We will survey the property to  
assure a pleasant barefoot walk through the lawn for our next  
guests, and will withhold $50 from the security deposit if we need  
to collect and dispose of pet droppings. 
 
Property restrictions: 
- No smoking in the house. 
- No pets inside the house. 
- No more than 10 guests. 
- No more than two power boats. 
- No more than 8 automobiles. 
- All trash must be carried to our trash bins at departure. 
- Check in after 4:00pm. 
- Check out prior to 11:00am.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen: All new appliances, oak cabinets, stainless sink  
w/disposal, snack bar, microwave, toaster, coffee machine,  
dishwasher, side by side refrig. with water & ice in the door. 
 
Living/Dining Area: 4-6 person dining table & chairs, gas fireplace,  
color TV (DVD), sterio (radio,tape,CD), large picture window with  
view of the water. 
 
Bedrooms: #1-double bed, color TV, vanity mirror 
          #2-two twin beds. 
          #3-bunk beds 
          #4-screened porch with pull out couch. 
     Mattress pads, pillows, blankets & bedspreads are provided.  
Tenants must provide paper goods, cleaning products, towels and  
linens. 
 
Screened areas: The 1 1/2 stall attached garage has screened garage  
doors at both ends, and a 10'x20' screened patio. This pet friendly  
area is furnished with a refigerator, microwave, table & chairs,  
cieling fan, and everything you need to entertain guests in  
an open air environment. This area also has a pull-out couch for an  
additional bed if needed. 
 
Outside: Two 24'boat docks, fire pit, gas grill, small beach area  
for the kids, 240' of concrete seawall water frontage, small  
unscreened open air porch with table & 2 chairs, detached bathhouse  
with toilet/shower/washer/dryer, yard games, lots of parking. 
 
21' pontoon boat (additional fee): 40hp mercury force motor, life  
jackets. The boat will be full when you arrive, it must be returned  
full, or $35 will be held from security deposit.  
 
Need more room, or want to invite other friends or family. You may also book our guest house on the  
same property. This small but newly remodeled guest house has it's own kitchenette, bathroom  
w/shower, Sitting room with futon, chairs & TV, and a bedroom. This unit will sleep 5-6 people and  
rents along with the main cottage for an additional $600/wk or $115/day. This is the perfect  
situation for two families to vacation together, yet have some privacy and separation. 

Activities and Attractions

Boating, water skiing and fishing. This lake offers great wall-eye,  
bass & pearch fishing. Swimming, biking & hiking at 13,000  
acre Yankee Springs recreational area, horse back riding, miniature  
golf, lots of fine or casual dining opportunities. 
 
Golfing - 5 courses w/in 5 miles, 12 couses w/in 12 miles. 
 
Snowmobiling, X-country skiing, alpine skiing at one of four ski  
areas w/in 30 miles.
