Spencer's Retreat (3 bed / 2 bath) in Gun Lake

Enjoy this quiet air conditioned vacation retreat with 240' of
private water frontage on a private lagoon chanel with quick access
to all that Gun Lake has to offer. Plenty of dock space to have your
boat right outside your door. Don't have a boat? Don't worry, use
ours for an additional fee. This cozy three bedroom cottage has an
updated kitchen with all new appliances.

Pets: Feel free to bring your four legged family members as well. We
do not allow pets on the beds or furniture. Please be sure to clean
up after your pets. We will survey the property to assure a pleasant
barefoot walk through the lawn for our next guests, and will
withhold $50 from the security deposit if we need to collect and
dispose of pet droppings.

Property Usage Agreement:
- No smoking in the house.
- No pets on beds or furniture.
- No more than 10 guests.
- No more than two power boats.
- No more than 4 automobiles.
- All trash must be carried to our trash bins at departure.
- Check in after 4:00pm.
- Check out prior to 11:00am.

Kitchen: All new appliances, oak cabinets, stainless sink
w/disposal, snack bar, microwave, toaster, coffee machine,
dishwasher, side by side refrig. with water & ice in the door.

Living/Dining Area: 4-6 person dining table & chairs, gas fireplace,
color TV (DVD), sterio (radio,tape,CD), large picture window with
view of the water.

Bedroom #1-Queen bed, vanity mirror.
Bedroom #2-two twin beds.
Bedroom #3-bunk beds.
Bedroom #4-screened porch with pull out couch.
Bathroom #1-Sink, Tub, Shower, Toilet.
Bathroom #2-Detached laundry room with sink, shower, toilet.
Mattress pads, pillows, blankets & bedspreads are provided.
Tenants must provide paper goods, cleaning products, towels and
linens.

Outside: Two 24'boat docks, fire pit, gas grill, small beach area
for the kids, 240' of concrete seawall water frontage, small
unscreened open air porch with table & 2 chairs, yard games, lots of
parking.

21' pontoon boat (additional fee): 40hp mercury motor, life
jackets. Renters to provide their own fuel and leave the tank level
at approximately the same level as you found it.

Need more room, or want to invite other friends or family. You may
also book our guest house on the
same property (Spencer's Annex). This small but newly remodeled
guest house has it's own kitchenette, bathroom
w/shower, Sitting room with futon, chairs & TV, and two small
bedrooms. This unit will sleep 5-6 people and be rented seperately,
or along with the main cottage for an additional fee.This is the
perfect situation for two families to vacation together, yet have
some privacy and separation.

Boating, water skiing and fishing. This lake offers great wall-eye,
bass & pearch fishing. Swimming, biking & hiking at 13,000
acre Yankee Springs recreational area, horse back riding, miniature
golf, lots of fine or casual dining opportunities.

50% of total (rental fee + security deposit)
The balance of your rental fee is due no later than 15 days prior to
