In the early 20th century Bloomsbury was home to the luminaries  
such as Virgina Wolf, E M Foster and John Maynard Keynes, also  
known as The Bloomsbury Group, (still very active to this day), they are now regarded as a major  
cultural force. 
 
As quoted in' View London', In the Summertime, Bloomsbury is  
one of  
the prettiest area's of London. 
  
The apartment is located within a historic Grade II listed  
Georgian House ,situated on the First Floor  (Second Floor  for US- no lift)  
with only a small flight of stairs taking you to the apartment. 
 
 
Size   approx 450sqft ,furnished with comfort in mind to accomodate the discerning Traveler,   
makes this pied-a-terre ideal for a London visit, either for Leisure or Business. 
 
So enjoy, relax and be bohemian, while discovering  
Bloomsbury's charm and the people that live and used to live here.

minutes from the apartment in 'The Brunswick',  
24 hour Mini Tesco just opposite Russell Sq Tube approx 5 min  
min walk.    
  
Bloomsbury is serviced by a wide variety of very good Restaurants.

Transport: Links are convenientley located at Kings Cross/St  
Pancaras. 
(Piccadilly, Northern  Victoria, Bakerloo, Metropolitian &  
Hammersmith Line) - Euston ( Northern Line) & Russell Sq. 
(Piccadilly) Station are within minutes from the apartment. 
  
Kings Cross being the closest, approx 3 min. walk. 
The above Stations are serviced by British Rail, Underground  
(Subway) & Buses, apart from Russell Sq (Piccadilly Line) which is  
Underground only. 
 
BUSES : 10, 30, 73, 390, 205, ( Stops are only 3 min walk away.) 
Above Buses will go to Knightsbridge ,Harrods, Kensington  
Palace,Oxford Street, Baker Street,Marble Arch ( Speakers  
Corner) Hyde Park.  
 
 
 
From St Pancaras to PARIS 2 hours 20 min, Brussell Lyon. 
EUROSTAR now departs from St Pancaras. (4 min walk from Apartment)

FROM HEATHROW:  Take the Underground Piccadilly Line to   
KINGS CROSS. Journey time approx. 45 minutes. 
Once at Kings Cross look for Exit "Euston Road (South) walk up

flight of stairs carry on straight, first street (block) on left is  
Judd Street. 
 
GATWICK; Take either Gatwick Express to Victoria Station  
approx.30  
min. take Underground(subway)Victoria line to KINGS  
CROSS,about 4  
stops once at Kings Cross follow directions as above.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season June 1st - 5th September  £680 GBP per week 
                                      £120 GBP per night    minimum  3 nights 
 
Low  Season 6th September - May 31st  £600 GBP per week 
                                      £120 GBP per night     minimum 3 nights 
 
NOTE This is a SELF CATERING Apartment 
                                                                      
              
Key Deposit: 40 GBP per set.(fully refundable on return of keys) 
  
     Rentals of One or Two persons ONLY ! 
 
DEPOSIT: 25% of total booking fee to confirm reservation.  
Reservation will ONLY be confirmed on receipt of approriate  
deposit. 
 
 
BALANCE: 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
PAYMENT: Checks made payable in British Pounds   
         Wire transfer in GBP (British Pounds)+ 10GBP for receiving wire. 
 
  
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: Full refund if canceled 30 days prior  
to arrival Minus DEPOSIT amount. 
  
After 21 days NO refund unless we can secure another  
reservation for the same rental period. 
In cases of last minute cancellations we will NOT accommodate any proposals for a substitute guest. 
 
We therefore STRONGLY advise Guests to take out appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE !!!
