The apartment is located within a historic Grade II listed
Georgian House ,situated on the First Floor (Second Floor for US- no lift)
with only a small flight of stairs taking you to the apartment.
Size approx 450sqft ,furnished with comfort in mind to accommodate the discerning Traveler, makes this pied-a-terre ideal for a London visit, either for Leisure or Business.

min walk.

Pancaras. Kings cross tube ( piccadilly line ) 4 minute walk from Apt.
(Piccadilly, Northern Victoria, Bakerloo, Metropolitian &
Hammersmith Line) - Euston ( Northern Line) & Russell Sq.
(Piccadilly) Station are within minutes from the apartment.
Kings Cross being the closest, approx 3 min. walk.
The above Stations are serviced by British Rail, Underground
(Subway) & Buses, apart from Russell Sq (Piccadilly Line) which is
Underground only.
BUSES : 10, 30, 73, 390, 205, ( Bus Stops are only 3 min walk away.)
Above Buses will go to Knightsbridge ,Harrods, Kensington
Palace,Oxford Street, Baker Street,Marble Arch ( Speakers

From St Pancaras to PARIS 2 hours 20 min, Brussell Lyon.

£890 GBP per week plus £45.00 exit clean additional nights are charged at  150.00.

Short stays of 3 days min. £170.00 per day plus £45.00 exit clean.

This is a self catering property, which should  not  be confused with a full serviced Hotel, however we stride to give the best serrvice possible

Key Deposit: 40 GBP per set.(fully refundable on return of keys)
Rentals of One or Two persons ONLY !
DEPOSIT: 25% of total booking fee to confirm reservation.
Reservation will ONLY be confirmed on receipt of approriate
deposit.
BALANCE: 30 days prior to arrival no exception
PAYMENT: Checks made payable in British Pounds
Wire transfer in GBP (British Pounds)+ 10GBP for receiving wire.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: Full refund if canceled 60 days prior
to arrival Minus DEPOSIT amount.
Less then 60 days NO refund unless we can secure another
reservation for the same rental period.
In cases of last minute cancellations we will NOT accommodate any proposals for a substitute guest.
We STRONGLY advise Guests to take out appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE !!!

Whenever possible guests will be given complimentary early Check
In/or late Check Out but only by prior written
confirmation.
