Your Own Inn to captivate and entertain large groups. Whether its
your family, friends, or co-workers, this house is ideal for
accommodating large parties for the following purposes: family
reunions, family vacations (for a single family or even five),
milestone birthdays, graduation parties, ski shares, and all of your
other special occasions. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July
4th, Retirement parties, Bachelor/bachelorette parties) Plan your
corporate meeting, take care of business, and then enjoy the
ultimate Catskill surroundings (corporate retreat, sales boot camp,
employee benefits, client benefits).

Set on 5 acres of pristine wilderness only two hours from New York
City, your opportunity to unwind and bask in the serenity of fresh
air and peace and quiet is never-ending. This home boasts 6500
square feet of pure warmth and entertainment to meet every need and
desire one might want in their own home. Views of Hunter Mountain
till this day still take my breath away.


Welcome to your resort for all 4 seasons!

The house contains 14 large bedrooms with 7 full bathrooms. The home
is bright and spacious with antique and modern furniture throughout.

First level: 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Living room/ Dining
Room with large stone fireplace, separate full size living room with
wood burning stove and full kitchen.

Second level: 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Third level: take advantage of the game room complete with foosball,
stick hockey, blackjack and texas holdem tables. Two additional
bedrooms.

Basement: kitchen with self cleaning oven, microwave, commercial
stand up freezer, commercial ice machine, and commercial kitchen
sink. Full size bar complete with 8ft pool table, air hockey,and
sound system. Capable of accommodating all of your family and
friends, although a bartender is not included! Watch your favorite
college and NFL football games on our brand new flat screen
television's. Separate men and women�s bathrooms in the bar area.

Outdoors: enormous heated inground pool with 2200 square foot deck
great for entertaining, year round Jacuzzi's (two), and tennis court
with basketball hoop. BBQ, and outdoor stereo. Drive-in Movie
Theatre located just 1 minute down the road.

Great activities nearby, all located minutes from the house:

Winter: There is excellent skiing at Hunter and Windham Mountain
located within 5 minutes of the house. Kaaterskill Falls, Windham
Winery, snowmobile & cross country ski trails, snow-shoeing, ice
skating, snow tubing, Catskill Game Farm, Howe Caverns, hiking,
horseback riding, and antiquing. Welcome To Our Winter Wonderland!

Fall, Spring, and Summer:
Windham Winery, Catskill Game Farm, Howe Caverns, hiking, biking,
fishing, tubing, horseback riding, paintball, farm markets,
antiquing, golf (golf weather is great three seasons a year),
hiking, fishing, mountain biking, festivals, antiquing, North Lake,
Hunter Mtn. Skyride, Catskill Game Farm Esopus Tubing, Howe Caverns,
Baseball Hall of Fame & more. Fall foliage is breathtaking.

My pricing schedule is flexible and contingent upon the season,
length of stay, and size of the group.

$4,500-$6,000k per MIDWEEK (Sunday night/Monday morning through
friday mid-day)

$4,500-$6,00k per WEEKEND (for a long weekend please add an
additional $1,000)

$6,000-$10,500k per WEEK

$1,000 Refundable Security Deposit
Deposit to secure house $2,000
