features a full service marina and 27-hole golf course. Situated on
Charlotte Harbour, the 525-slip marina offers deep-water access to
the gulf. On site amenities also include tennis, health club,
walking/biking paths, BBQ and picnic areas.
There is superb dining at Portobello's overlooking the water in the
community and within walking distance from the condo. Burnt Store
Marina also offers a ship's store offering food and supplies, coffee
and sandwiches.
All without leaving the security of this delightful community.

This is one of the best vacation we have. We spent 9 days in this condo and the view is fantastic. The property is very clean and it has everything we need. We came here for a vacation as well as looking for a second home. Our vacation was so great because of the location we choose. It is very close to everything such as beach, dock fishing, shopping, etc. We enjoyed it so much we sad to leave. Also, we were able to purchase our second home within 6 days of vacation I recommend this condo for any vacationer. I would rather stay in vacation rental than a hotel. Thank you Betty for making our vacation memorable because of your property.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

This unit has everything you need -- and I mean everything. Just bring your clothes.
Very clean and comfortable beyond belief. All facillities are top notch and in perfect working order in this condo complex.
Owners are very cooperative and promptly returned our security deposit in less than a week.
If you are looking for a condo in the Burnt store marina, look no further.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
