nearby. 3 TVs. DVD player and VCR with stocked movies. BBQ on patio. 
Lovely home and beautiful decor. Near St Lucie Power Plant.  10 
minutes to downtown Fort Pierce. 

Very clean.   Porcelain tile flooring throughout. Shaded patio 
with table and chairs. Fully furnished and equipped.  No Smoking 
inside home.  2 Parking spots in front of residence for your use.  
Home is all on ground level. 

No stairs. Extra storage in the backyard shed. WIFI -Home exhudes 
pride of ownership. Natural stone accents. Quiet Owner lives on 
other side of  Duplex.  Sundeck with views of the ocean. Covered 
Front porch. Electric barbeque on the patio.  All the comforts of

Fully furnished and well equipped. WiFi and basic cable included.
House available weekly, monthly, 6 month lease and as an annual rental. 

SNOWBIRDS !  January, February and March 2009 available  $2300 per month plus cleaning and 
security.  

6 month and annual rental does not include bedding or towels.

$1400 per month "off season special rate" for  6 month lease 

    $100 final cleaning fee due in advance
    $100 refundable security deposit in advance

   
Special Off season weekly rate $650 per week
 -plus $100 cleaning fee/and $100 security
