Mountain and Dave's Run from hot tub,deck and apartment. Charming, 
Private, Light, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, California King Size Bed, 
Original Artwork, Private garage included.  Up 3 flights of stairs 
to your private balcony with hot tub and gas barbecue. Perfect for 
the couple on a private getaway.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Treat yourself to Mammoth's Delights. This is the owner's beloved 2nd 
home. Not a condo but a large studio in the peak of a huge A-frame 
of a privately owned 4-plex.  Summer, with green lawns and lots of 
flowers is beautiful, or winter we have it all. Start your day with 
coffee in our hot tub enjoying the spectacular views of Mammoth 
Mountain. Our petite penthouse studio is so cozy! It's convenient 
location is close to everything in Mammoth.  We have a gas BBQ right 
on your deck, so you can finish your day sipping your favorite 
beverage in the hot tub while your dinner grills on the deck. Cable 
Television, DVD Player and much more. Kitchen includes cookware, 
serving ware, utensils, toaster, blender, juicer and French Press 
Coffee Maker, full size refrigerator, microwave and stove.

Activities and Attractions

Snow skiing, snow boarding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing 
through the 4th of July weekend! Fishing, hiking, golf, rock 
climbing, nightlife, day spas, and shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1- October 31  $90.00 per night(minimum 2 night)
                    $475.00 per week

November 1-May 31  Sunday-Thurs. $115.00 per night(minimum 2 night)
                   Friday/Saturday $140.00 per night or
                   $670 per week

Holidays:          $145.00 per night(5 night min)  
                   Thanksgiving, MLK Day, Spring Break

                   $165.00 per night Christmas/New Years 12/15-1/2  
                   1 week minimum. 
                   
                   $165/n President's Day (3 night minimum)

250.00 refundable deposit
