Kahaluu Beach Holmes is a Brand New vacation rental property 
within steps to famous Kahaluu Beach Park. Quality construction and 
furnishings combine with an ideal location and awesome view set this 
home apart from others in the area. This property with 3000 sp ft of 
immaculate living space plus 700 sq ft of covered, tiled, lanai area 
is perfect for groups of up to 12 people. 
The large home consists of two floors, each with a separate private 
enterance. Both floors are approximately 1500 sq ft with two 
bedrooms / two bathrooms, a full size furnished kitchen, spacious 
living room, and large lanai with beautiful views. The space and 
privacy available is unique to Kahaluu Beach Holmes.
We are located 300 feet from Kahaluu Beach, about 4 1/2 miles from 
Kailua-Kona. Kahaluu is one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big 
Island. Fed by a fresh water spring, up to 10 million gallons per 
day. These waters are almost always calm, with colorful corals, rock 
formations, and 100+ species of fish. Swim with huge schools of 
colorful fish and green sea turtles in these protected waters; don't 
forget your underwater camera! 
The north end of the beach is where the waves break and is best for 
body boarding and surfing. Kahaluu is well visited because of the 
calm, protected waters - perfect for families and kids. Shady trees 
surround this beautiful sandy beach. 
Facilities include a pavilion, rest rooms, showers, a lifeguard 
tower. Concession stands, surf school and beach rental gear stores 
are located nearby.

Our competitive rates start as low as $40 a night per person for a 
group of 12. In addition Hawaii taxes, a cleaning fee of $250, and a 
refundable deposit fee of $600 are charged.
