                       4 Adults plus children/teens each suite comfortably.

  Two Separate units, NORTH & SOUTH; each unit has it's own view & 
access to beach; indoor patio area as well as an outside patio, 
fireplace in each, one bedroom, 1 enclosed loft, 1 open loft, 1 enclosed bedroom.

APARTMENT: Perfect for couple or family of four.

SUMMER: 
      MAY-SEPTEMBER;  Holidays are at summer rates

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchens with microwave, stove, coffee maker, and refrigerator; 
cooking utensils, plates, and glasses are provided. The villa is 
fully furnished, TV with DVD and patio furniture.  Easy access to 
the beach below.  Community pool only a block away. 

The villa and terrace offer spectacular ocean views and are only 
steps above a wide sandy beach available for surfing, surf fishing, 
or just walking. Enjoy the spacious oceanfront terrace for coffee, 
entertaining, or simply relaxing in the sun. Enjoy beautiful 
sunsets, dolphins in the surf are regularly seen, and an unsurpassed 
panoramic view of the Coronado Islands. Horses can sometimes be 
rented for a ride on the beach below.

San Antonio is a perfect vacation spot with tranquility and privacy. 


Looking for interesting local shopping, fine local restaurants, and 
famous nightlife? We will provide a list of suggestions.
San Antonio Del Mar is only 12 miles south of the border on the 
scenic toll-road and 6 miles or 10 minutes north of Rosarito Beach. 
It's a safe, gated, oceanfront community with 24-hour private 
security patrols, a community swimming pool, and tennis courts.

   

Visit nearby Rosarito Beach, only 6 freeway miles away. Rosarito 
will put you in the middle of exciting places, Fox Sound Studios, 
Senor Frog, Papas and Beer, many other night-culbs, fine 
restaurants, and unique shops (restaurant recommendations available 
upon request).

Also, in Rosarito Beach, horses may be rented for a relaxing beach 
ride.  Enjoy golf at nearby Real Del Mar, a beautiful public country 
club course with snack bar, sports bar, and restaurant. Or, enjoy 
swimming, tennis, beach walks, and simply 100% relaxation in San 
Antonio.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekends: Non-Holiday  (Includes 2/3 nights)
     
Suites:  Summer Rates: Includes 2/3 nights $575+ $35 $300 refundable security deposit.

                      WINTER: $475 includes + $35 cleaning +security deposit of $300
                 Holidays  $725 + $40 cleaning 3/4 nights

              Extra nights up to 5 days = $135/night
         For 6 adults + children under 15 INCLUDES CLEANING FEE...
         
           We try to avoid one/two nighters ($300.00/per)

WEEK: Maid available upon request for stays of week or longer (Xtra).
   
   Summer =$975 to 1,250 + $500 security deposit (includes 7 nights) 

     Winter=$850 (includes 7 nights)*;Holidays/ SPRING BREAK 1,250.00
    (Depends when Christmas and New Years fall - ask regarding rates)

MONTH: $1,450-1,800 (includes 30 nights)PLUS $185 for utilities.  
               Ask regarding 8 adults additional fee.
   (Min. $900 security deposit required; $1,250 for 4 months or 
more). Utilities for 2 mos. or more to be arranged and billed to 
renter.

Additional FEES: A $35-50 cleaning fee unless stated and minimum 
$300 refundable security deposit. Weekly and monthly rentals require 
a larger security deposit.

We require non-refundable deposit to confirm your stay, with full  
payment of the balance due prior to arrival.  Full payment is due if 
reservation is made less than 5 weeks. See Cancellation.

The refundable security deposit, less damage charge (if any), will 
be returned by mail within ten days after your departure.

CANCELATION POLICY: A 50% refund is given if your notice of 
cancellation is received at least 4 weeks prior to your confirmed 
occupancy date. We will do everything we can to help you reschedule 
for a later date or 100% is refunded if we recieve paid occupancy 
for the same dates you had set apart.  This is in the hope that you 
can return in the future.
