The home is a traditional Mexican colonial adobe with a spacious
'grand room', entry, living room with rock fireplace and dinning
room. You may ask for more pictures.....

A reminder: Until June, 2009, you must now have proof of citizenship; a passport, birht certificate  or immigration card. A drivers licens is no longer a valid form of ID to return to the U.S.   After June 1, 2009,  You must have a passport or immigration card.

The living room is large; an open terrace offers spectacular ocean
views from above; a wide sandy beach is available for surfing, surf
fishing, or just walking. Enjoy the oceanfront terrace for coffee,
entertaining, or simply relaxing in the sun. Beautiful sunsets,
maybe dolphins playing in the surf, and an unsurpassed panoramic
view of the Coronado Islands add to your relaxing stay.


San Antonio Del Mar is only 18 miles south of the border on the
scenic toll-road and 6 miles North of Rosarito Beach. It's a safe,
gated, oceanfront community with 24-hour private security patrols, a
community swimming pool, and tennis courts. San Antonio is a perfect
vacation spot with tranquility and privacy.

Full kitchen with microwave, stove, coffee maker, and refrigerator;
cooking utensils, plates, and glasses are provided; The home is
fully furnished, TV & DVD player (please bring DVD's) and patio
furniture, bar-b-q are provided.

6.5 miles from Rosarito - Looking for interesting local shopping, fine
local restaurants, and famous nightlife? Visit nearby Rosarito
Beach, only five freeway miles away.

Rosarito Beach will put you in the middle of exciting
places, Fox Sound Studios, Senor Frog, Papas and Beer, many other
night-clubs, fine restaurants, and unique shops (restaurant
recommendations available upon request). Also, in Rosarito Beach,
horses may be rented for a relaxing beach ride. Enjoy golf at nearby
Real Del Mar, a beautiful public country club course with snack bar,
sports bar, and restaurant. Or, enjoy swimming, tennis, beach walks,
and simply 100% relaxation in San Antonio.

LONGER RENTALS:  Maid provided upon request, ask for information.
Any maid fees go directly to maid's servies.

Normally 6 adults with children 12 and under - extra for 7-8 people! Ask.


Per WEEK:

           WINTER: $575-650  (7 nights)

           SUMMER: $725-975 depending on occupants and unit (includes 7 nights)
                         $110 per extra night up to 5 nights

                          Plus $350-550 secruity deposit; $40 cleaning fee.


Per Month:

Summer: April-September =$900-1,550 (includes 30 nights) plus utilites
& $900-1,200 security deposit!  Corresponds with number of occupancy.

Wnter months: October-April: $800-$1,050+ utilities & security deposit

Maximum of 6 adults comfortably- prefer no more than 8 - ask regrading extra amount for rents above.
Can accommodate small children plus 6 adults, ask for details.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

An additional fee of $35-50 for cleaning fee extra with 7 or more
adults/children and minimum $300 refundable security deposit for
week-ends/week.

Monthly rentals require a larger security deposit as Do LARGE
PARTIES, (minimum of $500 deposit)

We require a deposit  in advance, to confirm reservations and a check or money order, prior to your arrival, for payment of the balance due. Ask regarding parties.

The refundable security deposit, less damage charge (if any), will
be returned by mail within ten days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We will do everything we can to help you reschedule for a later date OR 100% REFUND if we can fill the dates you
requested with another guest.    Once we receive your deposit we stop all request for those dates, but we will do everything we can to help get your dates filled with someone, so please, give us as much warning as possible or maybe another date.
