Seasonal rates available 
Is limited to sleeping 8-10 adults + children
Check In no earlier than 2 P.M./Check Out as early as 9 A.M.
$800-$1,200 per week
25% non-refundable deposit required upon conformation and/or lease
agreement
Minimum age requirement of 18 years of age w/copy of valid driver's
license or current picture ID
No smoking indoors
No glass containers near lake front 
No credit cards
Cash, money orders, and local checks 
Pets are allowed with prior approval + proof of current rabies
vaccination certificate
All pets must be leashed and well behaved
