Vacation Rental Description

This is a Luxury Beachfront Vacation Rental in the Playa del Sol 
Condo/Hotel Complex.  The December unit is a showplace 1,647 sq. ft.  
split level condo located on the 6th floor at the northwest corner  
of  
Building "A".  From the Living Room, Kitchen or Master Bedroom (or  
either of its two balconies) one has panoramic views of the entire  
Bay from Los Arcos to the south to Punta de Mita and the Puerto  
Vallarta Skyline.  It is truly spectacular.   
 
The January and February units are two slightly different large  
split levels in Build "B" and have ocean views from the balcony.   
All units (except the March 1BR in Building "C") have 2BRs, 2BAs - 
and sleep 6 (incl. living room sofa bed).  They all have fully  
appointed gourmet kitchens and Bosch washers/dryers. In addition,  
the December Master unit has a dishwasher, safe, two balconies (the  
living room wrap-around-corner balcony as well as one off the master  
bedroom, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All units provide the amenities one would expect at a luxury resort  
including cable TV and bottled water.

Activities and Attractions

Whether you'd rather stroll the quiet rocky beaches of Conchas  
Chinas  
just to the south; para-sail and people-watch or play volleyball at  
the popular los Muertos Beach; or enjoy one of PV's awe-inspiring  
sunsets from your private balcony, this complex provides it all.   
And  
instead of being stuck at one of the many self-contained resorts on  
the north bay - where everything is a taxi ride away - this resort  
is  
located right in Old Town and it's Zona Romantica with its  
restaurants, galleries and night life - and most of all, its  
wonderfully accommodating local residents.
