provides the ultimate Palm Springs experience, with its breathtaking

the pool area through three sliding glass doors.

The expansive pool area is private - perfect for the discreet sun
bather – and is equipped with furniture for lounging and dining,

options, including large televisions (cable), stereo sound VCR
players, CD players, DVD players, and wireless Internet access with

June 1 to August 31: 10% discount off normal rates

ALL HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: A premium on seasonal rates
will be charged for holidays and special events.

Rates include all utilities, except for:
- pool heat, which is optional
- stays of 28 days or longer for which the owner pays the first
$200 of the actual gas and electric bills

Other Fees Include:
- non-refundable cleaning fee of $200
- refundable security/key deposit of $500
- incidental fees and City of Palm Springs taxes for stays less than 28 days
