week; and $8,000 per month

June 1 to August 31: 10% discount off normal rates

ALL HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: A premium on seasonal rates
will be charged for holidays and special events.

Rates include all utilities, except for:
- pool heat, which is optional
- stays of 28 days or longer for which the owner pays the first
$200 of the actual gas and electric bills

Other Fees Include:
