Enjoy your stay at our fully furnished 2B / 2B beach home located
just 1 1/2 hours from San Diego, 16 miles south of Ensenada, on the
bay of Ensenada. Our home is located on the sand spit in Punta
Banda. You'll enjoy the 3 1/2 mile long sandy beach located just
steps from our home, where you can swim, hunt for shells, or just
enjoy a long walk (there are natural hot springs about 3/4 of a mile
down the beach). Whether you are looking for a relaxing family
vacation or simply just want to get away for a few days, let us help
arrange your stay!

Our 1500sf home features a very open floorplan, with wood beam
ceilings and mexican tile floor pavers throughout. The living area
is located upstairs, offering beautiful panoramic views from all
rooms. The master bedroom (with a king bed), as well as the second
bedroom (with two twin beds), each has it's own private bath. There
is an "inflatable" queen-size bed for additional sleeping. We can
accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms both open to balconies via
french doors. Downstairs there is a garage and carport. We offer a
full service kitchen (microwave, coffee-maker, blender, toaster).
The home is equipped with cable tv and a cd player. There is an
indoor free-standing fireplace, as well as a propane barbeque
(located on the rear balcony off the kitchen). All linens (except
for towels) are provided.

La Bufadora, located about 6 miles away, offers an amazing view of a
natural blowhole, and has many souvenir shops and restaurants you
can enjoy. For you divers, there is a well-known dive shop (Dale's)
located at La Bufadora. You will probably want to spend some time
in Ensenada, which offers many great restaurants (we would be glad
to recommend some), gift shops, open air fish market, fishing
excursions, and more.

2 people - $80 nightly or $480 weekly
4 people - $95 nightly or $570 weekly
6 people - $110 nightly or $660 weekly
$35 cleaning/laundry fee
July/August usually rented by the week.
All other months 2 night minimum. Holidays 3 night minimum.
$100 deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 10 days
prior to your stay.
