Inside the elite gated community of "Water's Edge at Seacrest

within "Swedish Fish" - a luxurious, 3200 square-foot, three-story
beach residence. Located South of Highway 30A, "Swedish Fish" is not
only the largest house in the neighborhood but it also has the
highest elevation, which offers its guests an extremely roomy
vacation home with amazing views of the Gulf.

Enjoy the large gourmet kitchen which opens into the massive dining
room and first floor living room. The 20' x 30' living room is
equipped with state of the art electronics including a 42" flat
screen TV and Bose surround sound.

The kitchen has a wonderful open floor plan, granite countertops,
stainless steel appliances, and an island your guests are sure to
enjoy.

Meals are enjoyed at the large dining table which accommodates
eight guests with additional seating at the kitchen island...as well
as outdoors on the deck overlooking the pool.

This private, gated community will offer your family the privacy and
atmosphere to create long lasting family memories. The private pool
(heated for a fee) is surrounded by lush landscaping and opens to the
private, palm tree lined path leading to our deeded beach walk-
over. This home boasts seven decks overlooking beautiful Rosemary
Beach and the Gulf. The open floor plan allows each family member
the privacy they need while accommodating everyone.

Sleeping arrangements include 3 Master Suites with private baths.
The first floor master has its own private bath and easy access to
the pool and main living area. This wonderful and large master is
perfect for grandparents allowing privacy yet accessibility to all
amenities.

Second Floor - The second floor includes a master with a large King
size bed and private bath with a large oval tub. The master opens
to a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf and Rosemary Beach.
Also on the second floor, the kids will enjoy the large "bunk room"
with two sets of bunk beds and private balcony. The additional
second floor accommodations include a large, elegant “pajama party
suite" which includes two large Queen beds with private bath. This
fun room allows additional sleeping accommodations for kids or
teens.

Third Floor - The third floor master is truly exceptional with a
private access stairwell which leads to a study/desk area and
private accommodations. This exceptional master boasts a large,
private balcony overlooking the entire Rosemary area and Gulf. This
room has a large master bathroom with large oval tub, double vanity
sinks, and huge walk-in shower.
