Located in a gated bayside community, it is fully equipped with
everything you need to enjoy your vacation in a tropical island
paradise. It features marble bathrooms and kitchen, these were just
upgraded and added in 2005. You’ll enjoy the view of the lush
tropical landscaping and pools from most everywhere in the town
home. Natural tropical beauty, breathtaking sunsets and the bay can
be enjoyed from the second level terrace. The patio terrace faces
directly to pool and tropical garden. The spacious clubhouse
includes saunas and kitchen. The surrounding is quaint and charming,
you’ll fall in love with this tropical paradise, your memories will
always bring you back.
You'll have the convenience of reserved parking directly in front of
the town home. Internet DSL connection is available at no additional
cost so bring your lap top. You will enjoy the heated swimming pool,
toddler pool, marina, boat ramp, private 30 foot boat slip, two
tennis courts, BBQ grills, and more.

The unit is tastefully decorated, in the master bedroom you will
rest in Hampton style King-size bed, with your private bathroom.
Master bedroom # 2 also decorated in 2005 includes a queen-size bed
and also with private bathroom. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the
living room is available for extra sleeping facilities. The kitchen
fully equipped; includes Refrigerator, Ice maker, range, microwave,
dishwasher, granite counter top, marble floors and a flat screen TV.
Unit has 3 additional televisions all with Cable, phone, DVD, VCR,
stereo CD/tape player, A/C, an assortment of movies for those
relaxing nights. It is also equipped with linens, cooking/kitchen
utensils and tableware, washer/dryer, DSL connection inside the unit, WIFI in the clubhouse. Our
boat slip can be made available upon request.

Moon Bay is convenient to many fine & unique Keys Restaurants,
Entertainment, Shopping, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing, Sailing,
Boating, Water Sport Rentals including: Jet-Ski, Canoeing, Kayaking,
Windsurfing, Parasailing, Bike Rentals & Harley Rentals, even Golf
(about 25 miles). You're located just a few minutes from Pennekamp
State Park (marine sanctuary), Dolphins Plus/Dolphin Care just 2
miles North (for a swim with the dolphins), approximately 20 miles
South of Everglades & Biscayne National Parks. And just 2 miles from
Key Largo's park (behind Key Largo Shopper) with playground for the
Kids, ball fields and a path for running, walking, rollerblading.
This is also a great 'jumping' off point for the rest of the Keys to
enjoy Sightseeing, View Wildlife in the State Parks. The choices
