Vacation Rental Description

Saint Augustine Beach, East Coast, Florida, USA (1 hr. 
from Jacksonville and Daytona Beach and 2 hrs. from Orlando 
attractions and Kennedy Space Center)

Come stay in this newly renovated ocean view two bedroom condominium 
located on Saint Augustine Beach just minutes from historic Saint 
Augustine.  This is a third floor unit (building does have 
elevator), with fabulous ocean views from your private deck and the 
master bedroom!  The condo features a large living room with two 
twin sleeper sofas, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and two full 
bathrooms.  The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the 
second bedroom has two twin beds.  Our washer and dryer are located 
in the condo unit.  All towels and linens are furnished.

St. Augustine is internationally famous for its restored downtown 
area.  It was founded in 1565, the city has remained wealthy in its 
Spanish heritage.  History is seen in the homes, horse drawn 
carriages, classic Cathedrals and the Castillo de San Marcos 
National Monument located on the Intercoastal Waterway.

Rates do Not include taxes; fees, and cleaning charges.  Special 
rates may apply based upon occupancy, season and duration of stay.  
A security deposit of $200 is required within ten days after making 
a reservation.  A refund will be issued for a cancellation made 14 
days prior to the reservation date (30 days cancellation are 
required for reservations of one month or longer).  The security 
deposit will be returned within 30 days, assuming no damages to the 
property.  Full payment is required one week prior to your vacation.
