community that is Security patrolled. 
Use the (2)18 hole Executive golf courses,the (1) Regulation course,  
the (1) 9 hole course, the Driving Range, the Chip N Putt or the (2)  
putting areas for a modest trackage fee. Soak up the sun in the (2)  
large swimming pools and hot tubs. Have your fill at the Country Club  
restaurant. Take in a show at the Performing Arts Center, including  
dining and dancing. Other activities offered include card playing,

Timber Pines is located about 45 minutes north of Tampa, just north  
of Port Richie with shopping and restaurants nearby.  Gulf beaches  
at two state parks are 10 minutes away on Florida's Nature Coast.   
The excitement of Orlando is 1 1/2 hours east and the culture of  
Sarasota is 1 1/2 hours south.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rates December - April, MINIMUM WINTER RENTAL is 3 months  
$1900 month plus tax;Includes free use of all ammenities, except for  
champion Golf Course ($600 value)Champion Golf Course $130/person for 3 mos. 
 
Spring, Summer, Fall:  3 or more months $1500 per month plus tax,  
plus fees & utilities. 
 
Minimum rental is 3 months.  
One month's rent is required as deposit. 
$75 Cleaning Fee per month
