A Villa at Sea Palms in St Simon's Island

This lovely and beautifully decorated villa has a screened porch
which overlooks a lagoon and is perfect for the guest who wishes a
quiet getaway. The villa is all on one level for those who do not
wish to have stairs to climb. The villa has been freshly painted and
has new wood flooring and new carpet. The living area is nicely
furnished and now has a large screen Sony TV and DVD player and a
lovely oriental carpet.The dining table has a leaf
which can be added to sit up to 8 for a holiday meal.
Each bedroom has private access to a bathroom. One bedroom has a
new king size bed with tempurpedic mattress and the other has 2
twins. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
This past fall we added a chiminea on the outside patio for a
lovely outdoor fire along with 4 outdoor chairs. And we now have high
speed internet from the cable
company that you can access through our ethernet cable. Both bathrooms have just              
been fully renovated and are beautiful. There is a large walk-in shower in the master
and a new marble top vanity. The twin room has a shower/tub and all  new fixtures.

Choice of 3 pools; clay tennis courts for a fee; fitness area for
a daily fee. Discounts on golf at 2 courses. Near the beginning of
the bicycle path. About a 10 minute drive to the best beach (Old Coast
Guard station). Cable TV in living room (big screen)and one bedroom.
Grill.

Swim!!Bike!!! Golf!!! See historic sites. My family also loves to
shop and eat out and many charming shops and good restaurants are
nearby.A nice movie theater is also close. The coastal area is a
ideal for naturalists who enjoy sea kayaking, bird watching,
fishing, and crabbing. Day trips to Cumberland and Little St Simons
are another great activity.

The villa rents for 420 for a 3 day weekend; 900 for a week,sat to
sat in the summer time; and 2000 for one month. These rates include
both the housecleaning fee and taxes. As you can see, they are quite
reasonable so please do not ask for them to be discounted any further.
To make a reservation you must have a credit card and pay a 50%
non-refundable deposit.
