Affordable and Beautifully appointed single story beach cottage in NEWPORT, Oregon with private
beach access and ocean view. Peaceful and serene environment with only 7 other cottages in the
court, and only two of the cottages are able to be rented out. We've created this little 'home away
from home' to be especially friendly to families with small children and for couples of all ages.

Comfortable quality matress on our Queen bed in the Master bedroom, and a pull out couch for two
children in the open kitchen living area. Televisions with cable in living area and bedroom, movie
library for adults and children, books, games, magazines and more. All linens, towels, blankets,
dishes, flatware, pots and pans and more are on site for your convenience. We also have a porta
crib, high chair and baby swing with appropriate linens and blankets. A FULL KITCHEN for dining in
convenience and a washer and dryer too.

A Captains Quarters bonus room (at no additional cost) with a Daybed is available to either the East
or West Unit on a first come, first serve basis for additional sleeping arrangements. Please contact

Newport either north or south and they offer unsupassed natural beauty. Go inside two working
